The Details

Rate: Starting $30-35/hr

(based on design experience)

Hourly: GWS floral designer can expect to work 1-3 days Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays on wedding weeks for 4-6 hours per shift. Scheduling is very flexible, but availability during peak seasons is expected.

Position: In Studio Floral Designer
Pay: Starting $30-35/hour based on experience
Schedule: Part-time, variable hours (wedding weeks ONLY)
Location: GWS headquarters in Malvern, PA

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years design experience, preferably in wedding/event design
Very flexible schedule due to wedding bookings
Experience with sustainable mechanics or willingness to learn sustainable floral design mechanics, and practices

Qualifications:

Prior experience in floral design
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a very flexible schedule
A passion for flowers and design with a willingness to learn sustainable techniques
