Common FAQs
Yes! We offer delivery to parts of Chester Co. and parts of Philly on Fri & Sat. We will always list in the product description if local delivery option is available.
We always try to respond within 24 hours. Keeping in mind that weekends tend to be our event heavy days we may not get back until the following Monday. Holidays will also affect response times.
Currently we ship all online shop items (excluding non shippable items) to all of the United States. We are working on opening up our offerings to other countries very soon!

We do allow scheduled pick-ups at our studio for local orders. We will indicate in an item listing whether pick-up is available. The details for pick-up will be indicated in the payment confirmation and a reminder will be sent prior to pick-up. Same goes for delivery options.
For products/services that require a consultation, the initial consultation is a virtual meeting - either phone or video call. We like to do a walk-through consultation at your venue and tend to schedule that closer to your event date. The final review consultation will also be a virtual meeting. We try to make it as easy as possible to work around your schedule!
