  • When can I expect to hear back after inquiring?
    We always try to respond within 24 hours. Keeping in mind that weekends tend to be our event heavy days we may not get back until the following Monday. Holidays will also affect response times.
  • Do you offer local delivery service?
    At this time we only offer delivery for date specific/holiday products, stated so. We will always list in the product description if local delivery option is available.
  • How can I book a service?
    You can go to the specific section of the service you are interested in and you will find a book/inquire button for each of our services we offer.
  • Do you allow local Curbside pick-ups and Deliveries?
    We do allow scheduled pick-ups for local order. We will indicate in an item listing whether pick-up is available. The details for pick-up will be indicated in the payment confirmation and a reminder will be sent prior to pick-up. Same goes for delivery options.
  • How do consultations work?
    For products/services that require a consultation, the initial consultation is a virtual meeting - either phone or video call. The review consultation will be scheduled and take place at our Studio located in Exton PA.
  • Where all do you ship your products?
    Currently we ship all online shop items (excluding non shippable items) to all of the United States. We are working on opening up our offerings to other countries very soon!
